PROJECT STATUS

From Prototype to Pilot

Technical validation completed. Pilot deployment and real-user evaluation are in progress.

NovoVox has moved from system design through CEI utility development to the release-and-testing phase. The current focus is pilot access, real-user interaction, feedback, energy-awareness evaluation and scale-readiness.

Project progress

Stage 1 and Stage 2 are complete; Stage 3 real-user validation is in progress.
Stage 1
System Design and Mentoring Plan Completed
Stage 2

Technical Validation Highlights

These results come from controlled internal testing of the Swiss-hosted prototype. They are technical performance results, not final real-user impact results.

1.631 S

Average Time to First Audio across 300 completed response turns.

0.897 S

Median Time to First Audio.

4.692 S

P95 Time to First Audio.

96.33%

Completed turns at or below 5 seconds.

91.9%

Successful interaction sessions among 37 evaluable sessions.

4 languages

Functional voice interaction in English, French, German and Italian.

What Has Been Technically Validated

TPI 2.1

Energy-data integration

CLEMAP raw data ingestion, PostgreSQL storage and structured daily/weekly/hourly intelligence are operational.

TPI 2.2

End-to-end voice pipeline

ASR -> LLM -> TTS response generation is operational through the WebSocket-based prototype path.

TPI 2.3

Response latency

Average Time to First Audio is below the 5-second target in controlled Swiss-hosted testing.

TPI 2.4

Mobile application
The Android voice-first client supports secure sessions, incoming/outgoing interaction, audio streaming and playback.

TPI 2.5

Emotion metadata
Offline post-call emotion analysis generates structured metadata labels.

TPI 2.6

Multilingual operation

Functional interaction is validated in English, French, German and Italian.

TPI 2.7

Session stability

The measured stability rate is 91.9%, above the 90% target.

Proof of Technology

NovoVox is supported by implemented software, working interfaces, energy-data processing, voice-interaction evidence and technical validation records. The gallery should link to larger images or short evidence captions without exposing personal or sensitive data.

The Next Evidence Comes from Real Use

The Stage 3 phase is intended to evaluate onboarding, active use, interaction duration, uptime, real-pilot latency, inbound and outbound scenarios, satisfaction, energy awareness, fallback reliability and scale readiness.

At the time of this website brief, access to and recruitment of real Pilot 8 participants remain in progress. The website must not publish participant counts or impact percentages until they are supported by logs, consent records and evaluation results.

Engagement

How often active participants use the service.

Satisfaction

Qualitative feedback on usefulness and experience.

Energy awareness

Whether users report better understanding of consumption patterns.

Operational evidence

Uptime, latency, inbound/outbound scenarios and fallback behaviour.

Scalability

Concurrent-session simulation and performance readiness.

Expected Impact

NovoVox is designed to turn technical energy data into an accessible communication service that can create value for people, operators and technology providers.

For citizens

Clearer understanding, lower interface complexity, multilingual interaction and voluntary, explainable guidance.

For energy operators

A scalable engagement channel, better flexibility communication and structured user feedback.

For smart-meter platforms

A conversational intelligence layer that adds value without replacing existing metering infrastructure.

For society and the energy transition

More inclusive participation and a stronger bridge between digital energy systems and everyday behaviour.

Beyond the Pilot

The same modular architecture can support commercial deployments beyond the original Pilot 8 context.

1

B2B SaaS for utilities and DSOs

Subscription access to voice interaction, energy intelligence and operational dashboards.

2

White-label voice AI

A branded conversational layer integrated into an energy provider’s service

3

Smart-meter intelligence API

Structured profiles, anomalies, cost context and agent-ready data services.

4

Community deployments

Programmes for apartment buildings, municipalities, tourism properties and energy communities.

Build the Next Energy Conversation with NovoVox

NovoVox is open to discussions with utilities, DSOs, smart-meter platforms, municipalities and pilot partners interested in voice-first energy engagement and data-driven user services.
