VOICE-FIRST ENERGY SERVICES

One Platform. Multiple Energy Conversations.

NovoVox offers a set of intelligent agents that support users at different moments of their energy journey.
From initial onboarding to weekly summaries, cost forecasts and anomaly explanations, each scenario combines smart-meter intelligence with a clear, conversational experience.

Seven Conversation Scenarios

01

Onboarding and Profiling

Trigger: first use. Builds an initial household, preference and communication profile with the user’s consent. Value: relevant future conversations without requiring technical configuration.

02

Energy Assistant

Trigger: user question. Answers on-demand questions about consumption, periods, peaks and patterns. Value: immediate plain-language understanding.

03

Weekly Summary

Trigger: scheduled weekly interaction. Explains changes, recurring patterns and relevant events. Value: regular awareness without opening a dashboard.

04

Energy Coach

Trigger: identified opportunity or user request. Suggests practical, voluntary actions and explains the reasoning. Value: informed choices rather than generic tips.

05

Follow-Up

Trigger: previous recommendation or unresolved topic. Checks whether advice was useful and records user feedback. Value: continuity across interactions.

06

Cost Forecast

Trigger: user request or scheduled update. Estimates likely cost from current consumption and tariff context. Value: earlier understanding of financial impact.

07

Anomaly Alert

Trigger: unusual consumption or event. Explains what changed and asks for confirmation when needed. Value: faster awareness of unexpected use.

A Typical NovoVox Conversation

Why was my electricity use high yesterday?

Most of the increase occurred between 18:00 and 21:00. Your evening use was about 24% above your typical weekday profile.

What can I do?
If possible, shift your dishwasher outside the high-tariff period. This is an optional suggestion based on your recent pattern.

Interaction When It Matters

Users can end an interaction at any time, control their preferences and receive an explanation of why a recommendation or alert was generated.

On-demand

The user starts a conversation and asks about current, historical or forecast consumption.

Scheduled

NovoVox delivers a consented weekly summary, follow-up or cost update through the mobile application.

Event-triggered

The system can initiate a mobile interaction after a relevant pattern, anomaly or configured event is detected.
